Because we are a full-service firm, we can advise clients regarding the many ancillary issues that arise - from commercial leases and regulatory compliance to insurance and executive compensation.

Many of our clients are moderately sized businesses, for which we are happy to serve as the equivalent of in-house counsel.   In addition, our Estates and Tax attorneys can help family-owned businesses insure continuity with the next generation.
